Aunque parezca mentira, también comenzamos en un garaje.
Al principio, los muebles de jardín que habíamos traído para nuestro uso familiar gustaron tanto a nuestros amigos que empezamos a traerlos para ellos, en aquellos días ¡eso era importación!
Not only our garage was filled with furniture in boxes, but also the small garden became a showroom. And, since our family life was complicated by our house becoming a public place (albeit adorably fun because it was full of friends), we decided to formalize the business and get serious.
We went to a warehouse behind the National Auditorium (Madrid) where we set up our warehouse and showroom. This warehouse converted into a warehouse had a lot of charm despite the precariousness of our situation: the cold was terrible in winter and we had to serve our customers with coats and gloves.
From a small collection of teak furniture we went on to a larger one and from there, to expand the range to other types of garden furniture. Our warehouse became too bohemian for the volume of work we had and for the way we wanted to serve our customers, so we moved to a residential neighborhood in Madrid where we opened our own store, on Calle Fernando el Santo.
It was precisely this store and the parallel opening of Guadalmina (Marbella) that prompted us to also cover the world of interiors and accessories.
In a display of security and confidence in what we do, it occurred to us in the midst of a crisis to meet the needs of the business and move to a larger location in a more commercial area, on Calle Núñez de Balboa (Madrid). 600 m2 dedicated to exterior, interior, decoration and accessories.
